How does JonesCare work? 

The first step of bringing JonesCare to your school district is a deep dive into the needs of your schools. We’ll look at which devices you’re invested in, which stage of the device lifecycle they’re in, your budgetary and staffing considerations, and any other elements unique to your district.  

Based on the insights gathered during this assessment, we’ll create a tailored coverage solution that aligns with your district’s needs and financial capacity. You’ll have a range of options to consider with varying levels of protection and service, depending on the needs of your district. 

From there, we’ll implement your JonesCare plan, ensuring that it integrates seamlessly with your existing technology management. When technology challenges occur, you’ll always have access to support. Our team is available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. in your local time zone, and our online service portal enables you with 24/7 access to your work orders, providing support and updates as your devices are repaired.  

Some of the options available: 

JonesCare Basic 

  • Your district purchases a specific number of claims, typically a percentage of the owned devices 

  • Claims can be used for any of the devices 

  • This is the best option for most districts, due to the average number of devices and percentage of claims needed 

JonesCare Unlimited 

  • Includes Accidental Damage Claims (ADC) 

  • Because schools are not limited by the number of claims bought, this is a great option for districts with a higher percentage of claims 

JonesCare 360 

  •  Includes Accidental Damage Claims (ADC)   

  •  No limits on the number of claims bought 

  •  Also includes coverage for theft or loss (up to a certain percentage)
